"Room is spacious, the water refill station is nearby and so is the elevator. Bed is comfy and the pillows are perfect. The concierge arranged all our car for tours and transfer to the Port. The staff is courteous and accommodating. The restaurants are excellent and breakfast was great."

We were being neglected by one of the server at dinner table, after h found out the circumstance , he immediately personally intervened to solve the issue in a very professional way.
