"All of staff of this hotel were very kind and showed full of hospitality. I don't speak Chinese, thus I couldn't communicate with one of staff. However, the young guy prepared a translation app quickly and tried to understand each other through it. As a result, I could check-in thanks to him. This accommodation is located almost in the center of Xining City. You can find many restaurants around here. It was very convenient there is a bus stop within several minutes' walk to go to the Kumbum...

Little English spoken but reception staff were very adept at using their phones for translation. The breakfast was outstanding. All staff were warm, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful."
