"Great location as it is right by multiple metro lines. Especially good spot if you want to shop at Huaqiang Electronic World, which is right down the street. Love the on-site (free) laundry service (can be completely self-service or left with someone as well)! Rooms are pretty spacious enough for luggages but the double bed room for 4 people but is definitely on the tighter side. There was one night staff warned us of a short but planned black-out that was supposed to start 1:30AM but didn't seem to happen."

"This hotel was exactly in the centre of Shenzhen, Seg Plaza is downstairs as well as every single electronic store you can think of including DJI etc, coffee bar, tons of restaurant that are walking distance. Location was 10/10. Also, the hotel staff were excellent, Victor specifically went out of his way to assist me with a package that I was having trouble receiving, he contacted the delivery company several times, added me on WeChat to inform me and update me on the package status and his colleague even helped me transfer the funds to the company as I was having some issues sending the money. They basically sent the money for me, and I sent it back to them. Amazing team over all, thank you Victor and the team ! Oh yea, and when the package arrived, they sent a robot to my room to deliver it, super cool ! When I return to Shenzhen, I will be staying at this hotel again for sure."

"Close to the train, they offer a free shuttle to the train station, didn’t use it but it is nice to know. The property is a bit outdated but clean."

"The shower head really cannot make it, it’s more like a spray gun, I really don’t recommend the hotel. They claimed that we’ve strained the bed sheet & wanted to charge RMB 30, they just show me a very blur picture, I was not informed till I checked out. Anyway they’ve waived the penalty. The free drinks redemption can give a miss, the drink is tasteless! "

"Room was nice good view and spacious but very damp all the towels felt cold, damp and wet. Breakfast selection was small and food mostly cold and u appetizing and the club room was unimpressed and not worth the money. Gym was relocated due to renovation and not very practical. Staff was ok. Will not stay here again. "
