The staff were very helpful and friendly. He actually dropped us off the park entry and helped suggest routes. Breakfast made fresh to order. Room was cleaned modern and you can see heaven gate right there.

It’s a nice basic hotel, nothing fancy but the golden ticket is : Amy!! What would I do without her help! She was absolutely fantastic! I was there for only 2.5 days and weather was iffy. I was a bit disappointed that my trip was going to be affected by the bad weather, Amy booked all my tour visits, shuttles and made great recommendations that will go according to weather. The owners went above and beyond for us. Echo showed us to breakfast and was available to answer questions. Our plane was 3 hours delayed and the owner picked us up at 1:00 AM! Room was cool and situated in an easy place. The were so helpful and would recommend to any Americans traveling China.
