Amazing place by any standard. Great view, wonderful staff, very comfy and clean.

Very spacious and clean room. Staff was very friendly and used Google Translate/Conversation to communicate with us which was very helpful! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful for anyone! Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and accommodating all our needs for our short stay to watch my son compete in the Dragonboat World Championships nearby! We would gladly stay here again and recommend this B&B to anyone!!!

The owner knows the history of Taiwan and the area. He is a wonderful person to meet. The place is so well put together. It even includes a pond with large koin carp (goldfish). The breakfast is very good. There are bicycles to ride should you so wish. We chose to ride!

The is a very well design hotel. Its quality is beyond what one pay especially the layout making you feel very homey and comfortable. The included breakfast can take some improvement. The surrounding street walking is just not well maintained with lot of broken edge. So for senior and wheel chair access will be a challenge. But if one take the tour by taxi or tour bus right in front of the hotel, then it will be no problem. Don't forget to ask for train station pick up. Overall hotel staff and...

This hotel is amazing and I would love to stay here again. The view is beautiful, the design is awesome, and it's clean, peaceful, and full of thoughtful touches. The host was SO friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you for an excellent stay!

It is a well kept spacious place run by a family who are incredibly nice and helpful. They prepare a very nice breakfast themselves and will order out dinner for you if you want to eat dinner in. It is a couple of KM from the park entrance so it’s best to have a car to drive to the trailheads and POI in the park or use the bicycles they offer if you are ok with bicycling on hills. We didnt have a car so May, the owner kindly enough took us to trails a couple of times herself and also dropped...

Both restaurants served delicious food. The service staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely make another trip. Both pools were wonderful, and the family play room was perfect for children of all ages. Lots of activities for the entire family. Also enjoyed the night performances by the fireplace.

The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay.

Very hospitable lady host who cares about upkeeping the quality of the property.

We loved our room at Zi Qing Cheng B&B. We chose it because of the reviews and they were not wrong! Our family of 4 had a car, so it made our trips to Taroko Gorge convenient (a must see!) However after hiking, it was so nice to come back to our clean and comfortable room in the city. Here we parked on the street and walked the area, which had so many great food places and good shopping. About a mile down was the big Hualien Night Market, offering up so many options for dinner, treats and...

Everything is good. Close to train station and have lots of choices of breakfast and dinner

Everything was perfect, the room, the view, the staff. I would love to come here again !

We had a wonderful time here! The room was large and comfortable for a family of four. We liked the quirky bird decorations and had fun identifying the native ones we have seen. I loved the balcony with an ocean view and the rooftop a for a more 360 degree view. It was our first time to Hualien area and loved the quiet and peaceful road this hotel was located on. The owner was so helpful and generous. We enjoyed the Taiwanese breakfast buffet, especially the radish cakes! Definitely will return....
