Le chalet est grand, propore, bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour familial. Berangere la consierge est très sympathique et facilement joignable.Quelques petits soucis d'électricité lorsque plusieurs appareils sont allumés, et manque d'eau chaude pour les derniers a se doucher, et la vaiselle du 3eme jour.

Hallo, also leider ist dauernd der Strom ausgefallen, wenn man gekocht hat und die Sauna angemacht hat. Es war ein Wasser geleckter in der Küche, unter dem Spülbecken und dieses Versuch sollte sollten wir gewesen sein das war schon vorher und dort waren überall Maden auf dem Boden zu sehen.. Und das härteste war. Jetzt wurde uns doch ein Zuschlag für die Reinigung, die wir eh schon bezahlt haben berechnet nie wieder

Wir hatten tolle Tage im wunderschönen Haus. Negativ zu bewerten ist nicht viel, aber es wird keinerlei Englisch oder Deutsch gesprochen was zu Ärger bei der Abreise geführt hat. Wenn man international vermietet sollten doch wenigstens ein paar Brocken Englisch vorhanden sein. Desweiteren waren die Betten nicht sauner bzw. Hatten Flecken. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima das Haus klasse für Gruppen. wunderschönen Tage.

L’endroit et le logement sont superbes. Le seul bémol est le transfert d’Abritel vers un site exclusivement anglais et un paiement en Irlande qui ne m’a pas du tout rassuré. Pour notre participation au trail de la vallée des lacs 2024, nous avons profité de ce grand chalet, propre, bien conçu, bien équipé, avec un agréable extérieur et proche du lac. Bérengère pour l’accueil est très gentille et à disposition si besoin. Week end parfait pour un groupe de 10 adultes et 7 enfants !

Nous avons fêté nos 40 ans en famille dans le chalet avec 2 chiens. Le cadre est très beau, l'espace suffisamment grand et convivial, la situation géographique idéale pour le lac de Xonrupt et Gérardmer. Quelques réparations et entretiens à prévoir pour la suite car certains équipements sont vieux (volets, chaises, etc )

Nous avons été enchantés de notre week-end de retrouvailles en famille dans le superbe chalet du Tétras au milieu d'un écrin de verdure, le tout sous un superbe soleil. Je recommande +++ et tiens tout particulièrement à remercier Bérengère pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.

C’était un week-end super où j’ai organisé mes 30 ans. Il est spacieux pour 20 personnes. Le logement est parfait, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Il est propre, chaleureux, on s’y sent très bien. Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Bérangère. C’est une personne très positive qui se rend disponible facilement, merci à elle ! Je recommande à 100% ce logement !

Week-end entre amis, 19 personnes et un chien. Tout s’est bien passé ! Quelques petites choses à revoir niveau entretien du chalet mais rien qui a pu gâcher le séjour. Le chalet est vraiment sympa, bien placé ! Et même à 19 personnes ça reste assez spacieux pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres. Niveau accessoires cuisines, i y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. À relouer sans hésitation

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. Nous avons trouvé facilement et l’accueil de Madame Bérengère a été très chaleureux. Le chalet était magnifiquement décoré et très bien équipé. Tous nos convives ont été ravis des prestations, mais déçu que les télévisions dans les chambres soient non opérationnelles. J’en avais fait part à la propriétaire avant ma venue mais y a changé.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet viel Platz. Da wir uns mehr Informationen vorab gewünscht hätten, teile ich sie an dieser Stelle mit. Vielleicht nutzen sie dem einen oder anderen. Zur Zimmeraufteilung: Unter dem Dach sind vier Zimmer mit Dachschräge: Nr 1: 2 x EB (Einzelbett), 1 x DB (Doppelbett) Nr 2 +3: 1 x DB, 1 x EB. Nr 4: 1 x EB, 1 x DB, 1 Ausziehbett (unter dem Doppelbett), 1 Kinderbett Achtung: Man kann sich schon einmal den Kopf stoßen ;-). 1 Bad EG: 1 Bad mit Whirlpool UG: Nr. 1: 1 x DB, 1 x Etagenbett Nr. 2: 1 x DB 1 Bad, 1 Sauna Die Doppelbetten sind ca 1.60m x 2m groß und haben eine große Bettdecke (2,40m x 2,20m). Für den Kamin muss man das Holz selbst organisieren, zumindest war es bei uns so. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Kühlschränke im Haus, mehrere Kaffeemaschinen und Thermoskannen, sowie ausreichend Geschirr. Einfach super! Wir haben keine Mülleimer auf dem Grundstück gefunden. Da man den Müll selbst entsorgt, kam es hier leider zu Missverständnissen. Die Lage am Wald und der Ausblick sind herrlich. Zur Kommunikation: Wir haben bis zur Anreise nicht mehr erfahren als auf der Webseite stand. Die Abwicklung - d.h. einchecken und auschecken - macht eine nette Dame vorort, die man vorher anruft. Ihre Telefonnummer hat uns der Vermieter auf Anfrage mitgeteilt. Fazit: Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns gefreut, dass Herr Santini dieses schöne Haus vermietet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
