"The staff was amazing and very helpful, and the room was cleaned every day, and given fresh towels. Its located at the end of 5ta avenida but they are great eating spots around mini supermarkets and pharmacy everything you need,if you want to go to the center you have to take a taxi which they order for you or if you have a rental you can drive there it’s about 6-10 mins "

The only complaint would be that the elevator was out of order when we were there but they explained the part they were needing would take a month to come in from Mexico City, also their hot water ran out quickly. "My husband and I just spent 3 nights at Playa Maya. We got to the hotel a little late, but was greeted by Marvin (I believe he's night time security) who helped us to our room. The hotel doesn't have a street entrance so you must walk through the beach, which was fine, we're at the beach anyway! They provide fresh water for the rooms and ours was cleaned nicely everyday. We have nothing but good things to say about this property. Our favorite person was Marvin. He carried great conversations...

"We loved this property. The Superior 1 Bedroom had an equipped kitchen (with stove top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster), living room, dining table, king bed, safe, and a long balcony accessing the living room and bedroom. The shower takes up half of the bathroom, so the rest of the bathroom felt a little small, but still worked ok for us.
