Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. "What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10"

"Properly is far from everything, no places to eat, no places to shop. You need to book Grab to go to the city to grab a bite. Breakfast buffet is subpar to similar priced hotels, food is like warm, limited choices and everyday the same food."

"The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...
