Great resort with private beach and 7 pools, amazing. It also has a little cinema which was a surprise, we tried out one if the movies and weren't disappointed. We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time.

My family had an outstanding experience at this hotel. Every staff member we met was kind, courteous, and helpful. F&B staff went above and beyond in helping to accommodate our allergy-prone toddler’s dietary needs. Can’t give enough praise to the friendly and hardworking people at this hotel.

We had a great weekend! Good breakfast, the bed felt like a cloud and a hug at the same time, nice pool and beach area. Don’t go here for an «authentic Vietnam experience», but spending a couple of nights here will give you a luxurious getaway feeling. After checkout on sunday we went to Minera Hot Springs and spent the rest of the day there. Would absolutely recommend this if you are into onsens.

I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel at The Grand Ho Tram for three nights. Most of the guests appeared to be Chinese tourists and local Vietnamese visitors. The cleanliness of the room was generally good, but I felt that the overall quality fell slightly short of what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Guests can use both the InterContinental swimming pool and the Holiday Inn swimming pool. Both pools have a depth of around 1.2 meters, which is more than adequate for enjoying a swim. The gym is quiet and well equipped with high-quality equipment suitable for a proper workout. However, there was not enough information provided about the location of the facilities during check-in, which made it somewhat difficult to find them. For breakfast, you need to use the restaurant on the G floor. Unfortunately, the tables are arranged so closely together that it almost feels like you are having breakfast right next to the people at the neighboring table. I recommend visiting during less busy hours or requesting a more spacious table by the window. The breakfast selection and taste are about average for a five-star hotel. There was nothing particularly impressive or memorable about it. The casino is a nice option if you want to spend some time casually entertaining yourself. However, the biggest drawback is the location. Ho Tram is quite remote, and there is very little around the resort. Dining is also excessively expensive compared with typical prices in Vietnam.

Great 5-Star Hotel & Resort for your family

We are very please with our journey at this hotel & resort. Our family has enjoyed the facilities at this resort (Pool Bar, Liquor shops, bowling, etc.). They evan have a movies theater but we didn't try it. We went to a local fish market (750m from hotel) to have fresh seafoods. It was cheap and excellent.

Our goal was to visit Ho Chi Minh only, but took this 3 hrs free shuttle bus trip due to request from our kids to enjoy the beach. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and a definite 5 star hotel. Everything from the cleanliness of the resort, the design, the decor, the size of the room/ bathroom, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Type and quantity of pool is great - although the resort was crowded you can always find a comfortable spot to rest on. Only downside is the F&B availability, which is very inflated price. There is no shuttle bus provided to the downtown which is 3 KM away with few other affordable restaurants and couple of small convenience store. So there is not much activity around besides the beach. The beach itself was clean due to constant cleaning, but rubbish floating around in sea. We were not comfortable swimming there. The kids helped the cleaner to collect at least a bag full of rubbish from the water.
