"Very expensive and sadly there is a class system. Hotels.com advertised 3 pools but we could only use one which was not ideal and not enough sun beds. Paying £330 a night we wouldn’tn expect to be the ‘lower’ tier of guest. However, we loved our room even though no balcony and the food was incredible. Chinese restaurant was permanently closed though, again this was advertised as open. They could do with a lounge bar for the lower tier guests. Beach could do with a clean up, a lot of washed up rubbish and plastic plus random cargo boxes left to rot."
"The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast line became very long and was time consuming and especially difficult when we had activities planned for the morning. The breakfast buffet was also very crowded.
The dinner buffet was delicious but was rather expensive t $27.50 per person which did not include soft drinks.
The hotel is family friendly which is great but the pool and the onsen were over run with children. I don’t have anything against children but it was crowded and children outnumbered the adults. I was there in July.
After talking to other tourists I found that there are some hotels that have adult only pools which may have been nice just to allow space to sit and relax."
"The whole resort is absolutely stunning - the food, the staff, the views, the beach, the activities - all perfect. Such an idyllic location - also so much fun having your own golf cart for the entire stay. We cannot thank the resort enough for such an incredible time here."
"Comfortable beds, air conditioning could have been a little cooler. Location was good but we were there in a heat wave so the walk to the terminal or town felt long."
"Loved the washer dryer in the room. Great modern hotel with apartment feel. Good location set a little out of town but not too far, onsite car rental was simple and very helpful along with the lime scooters on site.
Worth a look if your planning a trip to Ishigaki"
"We loved the location for privacy and access to the best beaches in Ishigaki. As well, the properties rooms and overall layout were super functional and made for a very relaxing stay."
