"I booked a smoking room and I got a smoking room. The air cleaner in the room works great and the room is bigger than normal JR hotels. Everything is nice about the hotel. I have been staying in JR East hotel Mets for sometime now and I am beginning to get hooked to it. If I were to nitpick, I do need to carry my luggage up a few steps twice to get to the lobby of the hotel. Not a deal breaker but for smaller ladies who are not so strong, do take note. "

Very easy access to multiple train stations, restaurants, shopping, etc. A lot less tourists and less hectic compared to other areas. Great price. Would definitely stay here again. "The hotel is directly above the train station. Very convenient to travel to other places. Our room had two beds. The beds were full size instead of twin size. The beds were on the firm side but very comfortable. Overall very satisfied. "
