  • Villa Noalex is located in one of the best residential areas of Lanzarote, with wonderful views of the sea and mountains!
    The famous Puerto Calero is located about 500 meters from the town with numerous restaurants, cafes and trendy shops!
    In the marina there are numerous nautical activities and a golf course that is about 5 kilometers from the marina
    The residential area of ​​Puerto Calero is well connected with a regular bus line and also has a taxi rank!
    The airport is 15 minutes away by car

    The pool can be heated for an additional cost of 15€ per day
    The air conditioning or heating is an extra and is not included in the daily rate! It has a kilowatt meter that gives the additional charge at check out

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful villa in excellent location. A short walk away from the sea, with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants at proximity. There is lots to do for a family with young kids in the area... And the host went out of his way to make our stay memorable! All in all, an absolute 10!!!

Fantastic holiday in lovely Villa

We had a fantastic stay over the half term holidays. The villa was just as advertised and perfect for us as a family to chill and rest. Bernardo the host was fantastic, checking in to see if everything was okay and on hand quickly to assist with our queries. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a peaceful place just to chill and walking distance to Puerto Calero for restaurants and other amineties

Fabulous villa in great location.

Everything about the property was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Spacious. Beautifully designed. Lovely heated pool. Great location, short walk to marina with many resteraunts. Owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful villa in best location.

Beautiful modern villa with great pool and outdoor space. Location is great. Lovely views out to sea. Very peaceful but a short walk to Puerto Calero with a good variety of upscale restaurants. Owner very easy to deal with. Very quick to respond to any queries. Will definitely return!

Great place

The villa was in a great location for us, a little out of the way of the really built up areas but within a short distance to lots of great eateries and the sea. The villa is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay for a break away. The pool was lovely and heated on request which was needed and a February break. Bernardo was a fantastic host, helpful, informative and nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend. If we head back to Lanzarote we would stay here again.

Beautiful modern high quality villa

The modern desing and the layout of the villa was just perfect for our group of four architects. The owner of the villa was very friendly and always willing to help us. The detailing of the villa was beautiful. The materials and furniture of the villa were beautiful and high quality. The see view and the mountain view was beautiful. The pool area with then sitting area was very nice and comfortable. The pool was long enough for actually swimming The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed every minute while staying there.

Great property!

A 5 star property. Very spacious, comfortable and wonderful outside entertaining area, including the pool and seating areas. property is walking distance to the marina of Puerto Calero, with plenty of eating/drinking options. Only criticism is the pricing policy - basic charge of villa is based on 4 people (despite sleeping 8). Extra charges were incurred for additional child and friends of older children.

Amazing!

The property is one of the best locations in Puerto Calero if you want some peace and quiet. The outside area opens straight onto the mountains (and sea view) and the only things passing are a few horse trails once in a while. There is some building work in the area but the outside area faces the other way so we were not disturbed by this. Bernardo is a fantastic host - there if you need to speak to him, but otherwise he will leave you in peace. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Bernardo!

Una casa fantástica en una isla maravillosa

La casa es estupenda, muy buena distribución y aprovechamiento del espacio. El salón-comedor acristalado e integrado con la terraza, con vistas a la terraza, piscina, al mar y al campo es un lugar único. La casa está en un lugar supertranquilo y Puerto Calero tiene justo lo necesario para poder salir a pasear y tomar algo sin ningún agobio, y muy bien ubicado si se quiere recorrer la isla y visitar sus principales atracciones y lugares singulares. Bernardo ha estado siempre muy atento y pendiente para todo lo que hemos necesitado, es un gran conocedor de la isla y sus recomendaciones siempre han resultado un acierto. Hemos pasado 10 días fantásticos y trataremos de repetir.

Beautiful villa with a great host

The villa is lovely. It’s located in a quiet area on the upper edge of Puerto Calero, which is a small town built around an upmarket marina. The trip from the airport is an easy 15 minute drive and it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk into the marina. If you’re into fitness the town’s gym does guest entries at €12 per hour and has loads of good equipment. The villa itself is beautifully clean and well specced with everything you’ll need. The communal areas are large and light. The main bedroom has a dressing room and and en-suite plus doors onto the pool area. The other rooms share a bathroom. Importantly for us the windows have blackout blinds! Finally Bernardo, the host, is incredibly helpful. He lives next door but you’ll only see him when you arrive and if you need anything doing or ask for some advice. All in all, if you’re considering the property, I would say go for it!

We had a great holiday. The villa is very well equipped, in a lovely location, with a short walk to the harbour where all the restaurants and cafes are located. Bernardo is a very good host; welcoming, helpful and quick to respond when needed.

Absolutely beautiful property in a lovely area. It’s nice & quiet but shops, bars and restaurants are close by when needed.The property owner Bernardo, is excellent. He is close by if you need anything at all.The villa is beautiful, it is equipped with everything you could possibly need and very clean. We will most certainly be coming here again - worth every penny. A car isn’t absolutely essential as there are shops and restaurants a short walk away but we did hire a car and ventured a bit further afield to different beaches & towns.

Fantastisch

Wir waren bereits zum 3. Mal in der wunderschönen Villa und haben den nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht. Es stimmt einfach alles und der Vermieter ist einfach unglaublich nett.

Estancia excelente.

La casa es preciosa, con muy buenas vistas y muy cómoda, decorada con muy buen gusto, en una localización inmejorable, a distancia andando de Puerto Calero y Bernardo estuvo super atento a nuestra llegada y durante la estancia para cualquier consulta. Encontramos la propiedad impoluta, las camas comodísimas, toda la ropa de cama y toallas nuevas, la zona exterior es super agradable y amplísima, con zona de comer y zona de estar diferenciadas y de muy buen tamaño, en general todo es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos y está todo muy nuevo y bien mantenido. La estancia ha sido fabulosa y repetiremos seguro.

Amazing villa with stunning views and privacy

Stayed July 2022 with family, six in total. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the villa, even walking up the driveway to the huge front doors is just the beginning. The villa is so beautifully designed for making the most of blended indoor and outdoor living, outside seating is comfortable, spacious and shaded, along with plenty of room to sunbathe around the fabulous pool. The villa is very private at the back, and has great landscape and sea views. Importantly for me, the whole property is kept very clean inside and out. The indoor living room is also a great space, the TV has satellite/Netflix etc., the kitchen is well equipped, the dining area is spacious and the bedrooms all have comfortable beds. We did avail of the air conditioning as there were a few hotter days, it was very welcome. We had a wonderful week and did not want to leave so soon. Bernardo is an absolutely superb host. We were delighted to meet him during our stay, he was extremely helpful and generous, especially when my parents joined us at short notice after passport issues resolved! The area of Puerto Calero is a new favourite for us, had not stayed before but it is so pleasant and not too busy. We loved the restaurants and shops in the marina area. We will definitely be back to the area and this villa, a perfect combination for a relaxing holiday.
