THE VILLA IS IN A VERY QUIET AND SAFE AREA IN ADDITION TO BEING VERY CLOSE TO THE COLORADA SHOPPING CENTER WHERE THEY CAN FIND SUPERMARKETS, PHARMACY, BARS AND RESTAURANTS, AT 15 MINUTES BY FOOT, THEY CAN ENJOY THE BEACHES OF PAYS
