Vacation Home Casa Rosa with Fast Wi-Fi, Garden & Terrace
This spacious 120m2 duplex vacation home is located in Yaiza, a small town on the southwestern coast of the sunny island of Lanzarote in Spain's Canary Islands. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (upper floor and ground floor) and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a washing machine. Guests can sit in the furnished garden or sun in the covered terrace, both private features. The home is near a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues, just 4 to 5 minutes (1.5 to 2.5 km) by car toward or along the waterfront. The home is just a 5 to 6 minute drive from the sun-drenched, golden beaches of Playa Dorada and Playa Blanca. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the island's volcanic landscape at the Punto Partida Senderismo hiking area just a 20 minute (21 km) drive or at the Timanfaya National Park, just a 37 minute drive (30 km). The scenic 18-hole Lanzarote Golf course overlooking the sea is a 33 drive (29 km) drive from the home. The area currently offers 277 cycling routes of various kinds that wind along the beautiful coastal region as well as through the inland landscape shaped by ancient volcanoes. Lanzarote Airport is 32 minutes (30 km) minutes by car from the home.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit kleinem, aber wunderschönen Garten
Man fühlt sich in dem Haus sehr wohl, die Betten sind bequem, im Bad gibt es genug Ablagemöglichkeiten, das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich, die Küche gut ausgestattet (naja bis auf die Kaffeemaschine) und der nächste Supermarkt nur so etwa 100 m entfernt.Uns war es jetzt egal, aber für manch einen mag es wichtig sein, man empfängt kein deutsches Fernsehen

Schöner Urlaub
Pros: Wir (Ehepaar Ü60) waren 4 Wochen in Rosas Haus.
Nach einer kurzen Eingewöhnungszeit haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.
Das Haus und die Einrichtung entsprachen weitestgehend den Fotos.
Bei der Einrichtung gibt es durchaus einige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
WLAN ist recht schnell und stabil.
Das Fahrrad war leider nicht funktionsfähig.
Die Entfernung zum Supermarkt und zum Meer sind ideal kurz.
Die Marina Rubicon ist fußläufig (ca. 15 Min.) erreichbar. Nach Playa Blanca läuft man ca. 35 Min.
Die umliegenden Strände sind für geübte Wanderer ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Kommunikation mit Rosa lief über What´s APP. Ihre Unterstützung war immer umgehend und hilfreich.

Schöne Lage.
Schönes Reihenhaus. Supermarkt 00 Meter entfernt. Papagayo Strände sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Der Garten ist wirklich einer der grünsten in der Umgebung.
Das Häuschen war sauber.
Ok der Kühlschrank ist sehr, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aber funktioniert hat er einwandfrei.
Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft
