Casa Casablanca is a two bedroomed villa situated in the tranquil, yet central Carlos Park area of Playa Blanca. This area is 15 to 20 minutes walk to the town centre and seafront. From the terrace you have glimpses of the sea over the gardens in one direction and views of the stunning Montana Roja volcano in another. The villa sits in a slightly elevated position and is surrounded with greenery creating good privacy. The villa is all on one level. The villa has a very relaxing feel and features Moroccan décor throughout.
Lounge: The light and airy lounge has two large, comfortable sofas. The lounge has TV with UK and international channels, movies and music. The lounge has patio doors which open onto the terrace.
Kitchen: The kitchen has oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery and cookware.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board
Bedroom 1: The main bedroom has twin beds which are pushed together, and patio doors to the terrace with views to the sea. There is a safety deposit box and a ceiling fan.
En-suite Bathroom: Toilet, washbasin, bath with shower over. Mirror, plenty of storage and hairdryer.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has twin beds and a high ceiling. There is a stand fan.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes, drawers, mirror, shutters with mosquito nets and blackout curtains.
Bathroom 2: Walk in shower, toilet and twin washbasins. Plenty of storage. Mirror. This bathroom opens onto a small outside drying area with airer.
Outside: The villa has a lovely L-shaped terrace, which is styled with Moroccan décor including Moroccan wall lights and lanterns creating a lovely effect and atmosphere after dark. There is a ceramic topped table and chairs with cushions, four sunloungers with cushions, a dining area with large table and bench-style seating with cushions, and a cosy seating area. The terrace has two pergolas and provides the option to sit in the sun or shade for most of the day and is a lovely, comfortable place to relax.
Free parking is on the community's private road just to the side of the villa 30m away.

Carlos Park is a quiet, mostly residential complex where the villas are well spaced amongst attractive gardens. There is a gym on site, which guests can use on a pay-as-you-go basis.
The location of Casa Casablanca on Carlos Park makes it popular with guests who want to be within an easy walk of Playa Blanca’s town centre and seafront. 15 to 20 minutes walk along the seafront path brings you to the town’s harbour and the start of the area of the seafront promenade, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a well-stocked supermarket in the town centre. Five minutes walk from the villa in the opposite direction you’ll find La Mulata centre, where there are several restaurants with fabulous views sea views over to Fuerteventura, and a stylish cocktail bar. There is also a quiet natural beach in front of La Mulata Centre with an excellent diving school for both novices and experienced. A further 15 minute walk past the Mulata Centre will take you to Faro Park, where there are lots of highly rated restaurants, including the award-winning Kamezi restaurant and bar with it’s stylish outdoor pods overlooking the sea. Beyond this there is the Pechiguera lighthouse – a wonderful rugged place to watch the sea rolling in, the occasional cruise ship pass and enjoy the often stunning sunsets.
Playa Blanca has several beaches ranging from the small beach in the centre of town, to the large Playa Dorada where you’ll find sunloungers and pedaloes, and the unspoilt beaches of Papagayo, considered by many to be the best beaches on the island. For children young and old, Flamingo Beach is a family beach 10 minute walk away and provides a sheltered manmade sandy beach with seafront restaurants and supermarket. Aqua Lava waterpark is a 5 minute walk down the road from the villa.
Playa Blanca’s Marina Rubicon is the place where you’ll find the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, as well as lots of lovely restaurants overlooking the boats, and some designer shops.
