In Playa Blanca the beautiful Villa Marta extends over 2 floors and enchants guests with its high-quality interior and the dreamlike outdoor area. The 150 m² vacation home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air conditioning in the master bedroom. If requested in advance, a children's high chair and a baby bed can be provided by the host. This property is not recommended for guests with a child under 2 years old. Room distribution: On the first floor there is a kitchen, pool and terrace and living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor has a large terrace and a bedroom with private bathroom.
Outside you will find a well-kept, beautifully-landscaped garden, a covered terrace, a sun terrace with loungers, an outdoor shower and a heated pool (7 x 5 m), pool heating is optional and has an extra cost. Admire the view of the volcanoes and enjoy your vacation in the open-air lounge area.
Restaurants and a supermarket are 500 m away (2-minute drive). You can get to Montaña Roja beach in 8 minutes' walk (650 m).
