Villa Stephanie by Villa Plus

Villa Stephanie offers a smart, comfortable base in an excellent central location. Ideal for those who don't wish to hire a car, numerous bars, restaurants and shops can be found just a 10 minute stroll away. This pleasant semi-detached villa also offers a gated pool to give parents with young children that added peace of mind. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Stephanie enjoys a fantastic location in the much loved Playa Blanca resort near the popular Calle los Calamares. The villa is located within walking distance of the resort centre, where you'll find many shops and a variety of drinking and dining options. A few minutes' further on foot is Playa Blanca's sandy beach, with more beaches dotted along the coastline. To the east of the resort is Rubicon Marina, a lovely spot for lunch with a view. It is also home to a twice weekly market with over 30 stalls. Our villas Dorada, Yaiza, Flamingo and Papgayo are nearby.
