"I rarely write reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We booked two rooms and opted for the deluxe double room. Upon arrival, we were horrified to find mold covering the bathroom and walls. The smell was overwhelming, making the room completely uninhabitable—especially since I have asthma and my friend has allergies.
We immediately informed the hotel, but they refused a refund and instead offered an "upgrade" at an outrageous extra cost of 25,000 Turkish Liras...
