"初めて利用しました私と妻、中学生の息子、小学生の娘、メス1歳のポメラニアン1匹と宿泊しました部屋もお風呂もキッチンもベッドもとても良かったです部屋も広くてゆったりできますペットの犬は初めての旅行で心配だったのですが安心して過ごせました外についてるドッグランも綺麗にされていて、初めてのドッグランも楽しめましたただ季節柄、立地柄、虫が多く、到着時に部屋に大きめのアブがいたので持参の殺虫剤にて駆除しました。スズメバチなども近くを飛んでいたのでジェットタイプの殺虫剤なども部屋に備え付けてくださると嬉しいですそれと蚊もかなりいて、だいぶ刺されたので虫除けを忘れずに準備する必要があると思います。ふつーの湯船ですが溜めるお湯が温泉なのは地味にポイントが高いです機会があればまた是非泊まりに伺いたいですね。"

"部屋はとてもワクワクする部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、チェックインする時にやり方がわからなくてずっとチェックインできないというグループが1組いました。全員分の個人情報を入力したらQRコードが届くということをわかりやすく書いてあれば親切かと思います。また、自分の部屋の間取りはチェックインするまでわからず、ベッドの数も表記ではセミダブル3台となっていましたが、実際はセミダブル2＋2段ベットがありました。バーベキューセットがあったので、海鮮を焼こうと準備をしてたら、２つのうち１つのガスバーナーがはまらず、使用することが出しませんでした。お風呂のテレビを密かに楽しみにしていたのですが、故障中と書かれており残念でした。改善点をいくつか挙げましたが、それ以上に部屋は清潔でキッチンもとても綺麗で、過ごしていてワクワクするつくりになっていました。 "

"12月の年始に利用させていただきました。大雪かと思っていましたが、幹線道路から平地をたどっていったので、街中と雪の量は変わらず安心しました。別荘地を出たところには、カフェやレストランもあり、6キロ先にはスーパーがあり、買い物には不便を感じませんでした。建物はしっかりとした作りで、キッチン周りの設備もしっかりと整い、清潔に感じました。外は寒いのですが、暖炉もあり、家の中はとても暖かかったです。何よりも素晴らしかったのは、家の中に温泉があることです。温泉の良い香りも漂っており、いつでも入れるという安心感が、とても贅沢に感じました。１点、少し気になったのは、掃除です。家具が多いためか、部屋の隅の方の掃除が行き届いていないところも少しありました。総じて、素晴らしかったです。また利用させていただきます。"

"私の推し岸さんのサインユニ、娘の推し銀次のサインユニが飾られた部屋に大興奮！！！日本一になったアノ想い出のシーンのスライドドアにも感動！！！ 3世代6名での利用だったのですが、それぞれ好きな場所で眠る事ができ良かったです BBQ設備が屋上にあり、開放的で非日常の景色にジジババも大喜び♪♪ トイレ鍵の不具合、階段の暗さ、1階から階段への段差が分かりにくい点の改善はお願いしたいです大好きな楽天のホームが大きな窓から見渡せるのは幸せです設備内容も分かったので、次回は食材を持ち込みめいっぱい愉しみたいです試合開催日なら尚更サイコーですね！"

"Location was manageable from train station for two seniors even with the rain. Breakfast addition was worthwhile. Rooms are older but well maintained and clean. Standard Double room was ok for two with one suitcase. We encountered problems from check in: someone listed room under my middle name so it took quite awhile to locate and resolve. Also room description on reservation for second room showed washer/dryer but was there was none in room. Manager tried to explain it should be hair dryer but picture showed washer. After looking into it I found that it was not the hotels error. Expedia listed w/d when i reserved room via them. Another issue was that the hotel overcharged me for taxes but credit to them as they found error and made the adjustments."

"The OneFive Sendai is strategically located a short walk, or one subway stop from Sendai Station. The lobby is very attractive with trees, seating area and the reception desk with the most warm and friendly staff you will ever meet. Our roon was on the fourth floor, and had a very good layout, beginning at the lobby area, with two built in seats each with a coat rail and space beneath for shoes separated by a wardrobe.with full leangth mirror in between. Around the corner was two double beds and one single bess, lots of sockets and a few USB points for electrics there was also a desk area with lighting, and a flat screen tv was well positioned between two large windows at the foot end of the bed. The bathroom was divided into three separate sections. Ti the left was the wc cubicle, in the cerre was the sink, and to the right was a large shower room with bath and Television. Overall a great spacious room, however two aspects let it down. There was no view at all, looking in on an inner courtyard, and the carpets are in need of either a deep clean or replacement. This did not spoil our stay but it did take it down from a 5 to a 4 star review. The beds were comfortable and we did have great rest every night. Breakfast was simole and very nice, omlets, soufled eggs, boiled eggs, rice and dashi, fermented soy beans,"
