"Cute little place right by the lake and close to Mt. Fuji! The place was nice and clean. They provide great amenities like bicycle rental and other information for tourists. Staff was very kind as we were allowed to wait for a few hours until our bus came. My highlight was the bath as it was a very traditional experience with the yukata!"

Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. On the other hand for customers with a certain age you may need to be prepared for slope climbing. "This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."
