We arrived at the hotel around 2.55 pm. As we walked in the reception area, all the lights was turned off. We were approached by staff member telling us to come back at 3 pm that’s when the check in starts. How ridiculous only 5 more minutes & it will be 3pm. This hotel is mainly cater for Chinese bus groups. There is no cleaning or housekeeping during your stay. We stayed for 3 nights no cleaning was done. If you require an extra pillow there is an additional charge for the pillow. You are not allow to park in front of the hotel, we were told to park across the road.

山中湖で行われたラブシャで利用しましたが、渋滞がひどく、ホテルに着いたのが23時前。 周辺に食べるところがあまりなく、ホテルにコンビニもあったようですが、24時閉店なので食べるものはないだろうと判断し食べて帰ることに…近くにあったガストに行ったらスタッフ不足でクローズしていて結局帰り道のセブンで夕飯を買って帰りました。 大浴場が24時までだったので慌てて行きました。 思っていたよりきれいで快適でした。 大きなイベントのあるときはコンビニも大浴場もあと１時間遅くしてもらえるといいなーと思いました。

最高の立地です。 目の前が山中湖で新館1Fにファミリーマートがありとても便利です。 コスパの良いおすすめホテルです。 団体客の宿泊日と重なると食事のビュッフェが並びますので注意です。

大浴場があるのがありがたかった！ 山中湖目の前で立地は最高でした。部屋も広めなのと、ホテルには珍しい家庭用（？）電気で明るくできるのも良かった。 クローゼットも大きく良かったのですが、上に置いた洋服がたぶん埃で汚れてしまったのでそれだけがちょっと残念でした。 でもそれ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 山中湖に遊びに行く時はまた使用させていただきたいです！

Very dated hotel with questionable cleanliness (plenty of hair in the floor in ladies changing room, weird yellow spots on the carpet across all room, etc.) but spacious room with beautiful hot water onsen - both huge indoor and outdoor area. Stayed one night in May 2025. Acceptable for one time due to busyness’s (golden week weekend) and last minute booking, but otherwise will not recommend and won’t come back. Walls are paper-thin and sound carry easily - at the same time big group stayed at the hotel and was noisy shouting in the corridor until late and started early. Also, they’d charge you 100yen if you want extra towel to use in the public bath (onsen).

酒店座落湖畔，所住房間朝東，早晨可在房間看日出。附近環境優美，在酒店過馬路就是湖畔，富士山亦在眼前。下次再來，仍考慮再入住。
