"This place was a brilliant home base while exploring Osaka and the wider Kansai area. While it's not on a JR Lin if you're using the JR Pass, it's a 5min walk from the closest subway line, so despite it looking far out it's actually really close. I loved having our own washing machine so we could do our own washing, and the room was easily adaptable to our needs with a heat pump and balcony for airing/heating. "Location is king! I really liked: 1. 3 minutes walk to the train station. 2. Being sited at a train interchange means most major attractions (airport, Umeda, USJ, Nara, Namba, Kyoto etc) is a direct train. This takes out so much stress out of planning to change trains. 3. "You get what you pay for. For the price it is a very reasonable stay, the biggest problem for me was the cleanliness of the AC and the balcony. This is an unmanned facility so I don’t believe they clean as well as other hotels, but other than the AC being very dusty everything else was fine. A very average hotel room but spacious. If you have the budget I would recommend some place else, but this is by no means a bad place to stay. It is a budget hotel"

"Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping. They also have detergent next to washing machine and dish washing liquid next to the sink. Apart from the location I really enjoyed this. To check in you receive all the details in advance. "Beds are too firm and lack support (lots of body aches), concerned about hygiene and cleanliness in this apartment - expected to do your own cleaning with a minimum of 14days stay with little cleaning utensils supplied. Very close to fantastic food options, transport and plenty of things to do. Provided indoor footwear, umbrellas, washing powder (we ran out), small washing machine (no clothes dryer - it’s an airer in a closest) a small hanging rack x2 outside, eating utensils, cooking utensils.....
