"The first time we tried to check in there were no staff so we left and got dinner then came back. Our toilet moved a lot and wasn’t secure and the dresser was broken and dangling. The bed was also not comfortable. The elevator was also sketchy. "

"This was an excellent hotel! One of the best I have ever stayed in and I am picky. The pictures don’t do it justice. The bathroom is to the level of a 4 or 5 star hotel. The tub was so relaxing and big enough for 2 people. The bed was VERY comfortable and I had an excellent night’s sleep. They were flexible with our checking and check out times (arriving at 2 am and leaving late). Everything seemed new, very clean and clean well cared for. The staff was welcoming and kind. Don’t hesitate to book. Can’t wait until I can stay there again. "

I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of service for our stay. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Beds were soft and super comfy, like a cloud. Facility was clean, and the rooms were well kept. "
