"Staff friendly "

"We stayed here for five nights to check out the hotel as a base for guests coming to our son’s wedding and were very pleased with most aspectos of our visit. The hotel is nicely updated, clean and bright. Staff were helpful and restaurant was pretty good. Tranportation to/from the airport vía MAX was super easy and cheap. The hotel is just across the street from the Convention Center stop. The neighborhood has some unhoused people loitering across the street at the Denny’s and another building but they never bothered us and we felt pretty safe walking around, even at night. There are several fast food restaurants nearby, but not a lot of nice restaurants. The Metropolitan Tavern in the hotel is pretty good and we had a nice meal a few blocks away. "

"Staff was helpful from the very beginning, room was clean & comfortable. The view of the ocean from the bed is unforgettable. You never get used to it, I spend majority of my time in the window just watching the waves crash. Being dog friendly is also such a plus! Their rules were very straight forward, they had potty areas in convenient places. Beach access was avaliable & very easy to find. Will definitely be making my way back again! "

"This is a terrific place to stay! I stayed here when my husband had surgery at OHSU. You can reach the hospital via surface streets, never having to use a highway. Yay! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff thoughtful and caring. Park Lane Suites is dog friendly. I plan to stay here again when my husband has follow up surgery!"
