"I experienced an unusual problem that may not be common. When I arrived, the check in system was down, so the front desk person assigned me a room that was slightly different than what I expected; however, it was perfectly fine. After returning from an external event, I was surprised that another person was assigned my room. I had only been in the room a few minutes, but fortunately I had locked the door so they couldn't get in with the keycard. The desk had not put me in the system when it came back up, but after they learned of the error, I was assigned the room in their system. It was an odd problem, but it was handled with little inconvenience to me. I was in Craig for my 50th annual high school reunion, and I had been to Craig multiple times in the past, but stayed at multiple other properties. This was the cleanest,best maintained property of any of them. I was pleased with the stay, even though I was at off-property events most of the weekend."

"Perfect location, pool and two hot tubs were amazing. Breakfast was good and easy. Would highly recommend for families with kids. Staff and room service members were friendly and always asking if we needed anything. We will stay here again"

"The custom service was great once I was able to get someone on the phone. Ask the staff was amazing. The only thing was they dont have some one at the front desk 24/7 they do close for a certain period so make sure you plan ahead for early/late check in. As they do have lock boxes so you can still check in early/late."

"I called and let them know I was going to be a late check and they were very helpful when my family I arrived unlike other places the staff is horrible when you are late but this staff was helpful and appreciated. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well and the fridge worked. I definitely will stay again on way through again next time"
