"Clean space with amenities in line with the price/as advertised. To be fair, this is one of the better lodging options near the airport. However, this hotel was far away from any dining/convenience store, and delivery was pretty much not available after 7pm. There were also no GrabTaxi available in the morning, but this is apparently normal and the hotel staff offered to drive us. The hotel restaurant also closes at 6pm but the hotel does have water/drinks for sale after. And a nice small free breakfast! The room itself was as advertised but very sparse. Came with a quarter roll of toilet paper and no soap. Did have free water and towels. Overall fine for one night and can’t complain with the price. However, a little awkward having to interact with the hotel staff for every need. If you like being social this would be a great place to stay."

"Stunningly beautiful setting. Traumatic boat trip out to resort. Engine fire. Host pushed passed guests who were left to fight the fire with the boat driver. Used out hats to scoop water from the lake to put out foot high flames. Management at resort once we eventually arrived were non plussed. No acknowledgement of our ordeal other then and apology. Not even a complimentary beer! Cut short at start and at end due to the boat fire. Such a shame because it's a beautiful location. Needs money spending on repairs to walkways and steps into the water as dangerous too. Book with Cate as it's pretty pricey. A day trip or at the most 1 night stay is the maximum I'd recommend booking. Such a shame. "

"Facilities are wonderful considering you are in the middle of a lake in the middle of a national park. Aircon at night & even slow wifi. Staff were wonderful, helpful courteous and efficient and friendly. 100 / 100. Location and place is simply awe inspiring. Words and photos do not do justice. This is a must must visit place."

"Great little rooms set around a pool. Rooms could do with a few finishing touches but nothing that would put me off staying again. Large terrace with tables and seating. Only breakfast available but we found a great little place to eat only 800m further up the road. "

"We called before 6pm, explaining that we will arrive "at 11pm", they said "OK" . We arrived at 11pm, nobody was there in the reception, everything closed, TV on in their office and I can hear noise inside, but nobody answered the door despite many knocks. A horrible experience to drive half a night - advise the hotel - only for them to not listen and still close their office and then accept the money?! This is the type of hotel to avoid, they do not speak English well, do not listen, and do not accept refunds. We stayed nearby at ST resort that same night and Wow what a blessing. You judge a hotel by their ability to listen, and implement especially when you communicate properly. Do NOT recommend this place, there are others nearby more responsible. "

"My wife and I had an incredible and last minute stay for my birthday. I would recommend for those wishing to connect with Thailands diverse nature and people living here or passing through. Its beyond peaceful.... especially if you check out CBD Bar & Bistro, play on the rope swings, or tube down the river!"
