"I had a really great stay at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery Collection. It is a beautiful five star hotel with a very high standard overall. I stayed on the 19th floor and the view towards the river was stunning. The sunsets were incredible and the city looked just as beautiful at night. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, including two wardrobes and drawers, which made it easy to fully unpack. The staff were very helpful and most spoke very good English, which is important for me as I do not speak Korean well. Room service was also very good, I tried both breakfast and dinner and everything was enjoyable. There are just a few small areas for improvement. The round bath, while visually interesting, was not very practical or comfortable to use. Despite having a coffee machine, there were no coffee capsules or cups provided, which felt like an oversight. The minibar could also offer a bit more variety, especially when it comes to zero sugar options, and a better selection of snacks. I also missed some of the small thoughtful extras I have seen in other hotels, such as skincare items or similar touches. Overall, these are minor points and I would definitely stay here again."

"very convenient location, only steps away from the shopping street & lots of eateries nearby. we were upgraded to a bigger room which was spacious enough for two pp. Staff there were friendly & polite with very fluent in english. Will definite stay here again next time when i visit Seoul !"
