"My stay at this hotel in Korea was absolutely excellent. From the very first day, I felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, extremely clean, well organized, and offers spacious rooms that are cozy, warm, and very comfortable,especially important during the Korean winter. I would like to give special recognition to Alice Kim, who truly made a difference in our experience. She provided outstanding service and was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was wonderful, but Alice Kim’s service deserves special mention. In-room dining service was great as well - my only comment on this is that perhaps due to the spectacular dining options / restaurants in the vicinity - breadth of in-room dining menu was slightly less than what I had expected.
