"Very clean, very adequate. Super close to so much, yet not on the main road. Back in the woods, no thru traffic. Maintained very well. Will stay at again when we visit again. Super easy check out, not having to do everything before you leave, just take our your trash, put towels in hamper and start dishwasher... Simple! Y'all gotta go to Peck's Old Port Seafood in Ozello, it's awesome. We also went to the Mertailor Aquarium and Mermaid show.. LOVED IT!! Great place to stay!!"

"We enjoyed the space, full kitchen and laundry, smart tvs, location. We will probably try to rent the upstairs apt we stayed in a year ago vs downstairs next time because it sounded like the people from Maine were running a marathon above us the last two nights. Everything else was great."

"We were only able to get away for one night but really enjoyed the comfortable accommodations at Blue Heron. The location was nice, fairly quiet and we felt completely safe. Had we been staying longer we would have found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a full meal. We hope to be returning for a longer stay soon. "

"Had a great trip in low-key Cedar Key. Location was great and fun to drive golf carts to restaurants. Condo was well equipped and lay out was great for us and our two teens. Loved sitting out on porches for peaceful reading and morning coffee! Condo isnt brand new but had all we needed for great vacation. My parents stayed in other condo on opposite side which was perfect."

"The view off of both balconies was fantastic. We had no idea Cedar Key was home to about 500 dolphins or that we would get to see them very active right off of our balcony. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, peaceful trip. Everything was walking distance, and we would absolutely stay here again."

"The boathouse was perfect for me and my husband! We had everything we needed, took full advantage of the kayak and spent hours on the water!! It was just beautiful and we saw so many manatee!! The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Teddi goes above and beyond to make sure you’ve got everything you need including info about restaurants etc. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay here again someday."

"Stunning views and fantastic bird and dolphin viewing however the apartment itself was very dirty we had to clean the tv screen to be able to watch it there was trash under the sofas and beds the plates and cups had dried food on them we had to sanitize everything before we could use it, it was tastefully furnished and comfortable but the hvac unit unbearably noisy and we had to leave a day early as we couldn’t sleep because it being so noisy, the queen bed with the pull down steps sounded very...

"Very Cedar Key but with all the comforts. Our second story balcony overlooked the town. After a nice meal in town, my sister and I sat on the double swing chair, mesmerized by the propane firepit, and talked all evening. The perfect setting to get reacquainted!"

My friend and I stayed only one night, between fishing charters (successful) so didn't cook, but found the property clean and comfortable. Our wives would have been pleased by the decor.
