"A little disappointing - no chairs by dock and no water at dock- to set up a mister or wash your fish/boat. No chairs by fire pit, no water below dock so we couldn’t fish at all as we went there to fish directly from our own dock for our rental property- and the locals will advise you not to get ..."

"We were super excited to find a house large enough for our family vacation. The state the house is in is definitely not as advertised. Air hockey table does not work / have pucks, trampoline is broken, there is no volley ball net. The theater room / karaoke does not connect/ no remotes. Trash left ..."

"Great stay. Good access to Lake Fork. You can be at 5-6 different boat launches in less than 5 minutes. Quitman is minutes away for last minute needs. Quiet area with hardly any traffic on the road to the house. Definitely worth the stay."
