We had an amazing stay, great food options and so many activities. The rooms were really clean with the most beautiful view over the ocean and reef. The swimming was superb and the kids had a great time on the kayaks, paddle boards and water park. The staff were outstanding and so helpful. Recommend the Marau fire dance performance- spectacular! Can’t wait to visit again.

The staff was the biggest plus of the trip. They were always friendly and happy to greet you. The food was good and the property had plenty of things to do.

It's not luxurious but if you have kids who just want to have fun this is a great resort. They have many activities that are included. They have a great beach right at the property, they have kayaks, a bouncy obstacle course out in the water and a kids club which are all included. The shops are reasonably priced. We did buy the all inclusive package but felt the food was reasonably priced when purchased a la carte. We would definitely be back, but would probably upgrade from a regular garden view room.

Set on it's own small island the Shangri-la Fiji, though the largest resort in Fiji, doesn't disappoint with ambiance and features. Plenty of dining options, activities or beach front for relaxing.

We have visited many times over the years and this year I was shocked with so many staff on their mobile phones and ignoring guests - not meeting the guests eye when asked questions - it wasn’t the usual Fijian warmth we have enjoyed in the past

Great pool to lounge around & relax - just need alot more sun loungers as they were always full, would have been great to have more options for pool side massages (cheaper too) Slow service for table ordering,had to ask for water a few times before actually getting it. Staff always friendly though,just Fiji time

The staff was very helpful, hospitable and friendly. We didn't find out until late in our trip that there's an adult only side to the resort (our only complaint)

Beautiful grounds and beach.Room was clean and well maintained.Staff very friendly and polite. They charged my card, but nobody knew what was it for, so I had to cancel my card and dispute charges.

This resort is one that could not be faulted in any way, location, resort, facilities and people especially Meli created an atmosphere for all the engage and have an amazing time each and everyday in the main pool. This resort has amazing food, putt putt, horse riding, rooms are fantastic and the snorkelling in crystal blue waters right outside your door. Best family resort ever out at the Coral coast.
