"We had a very comfortable stay - a good bed and a comfortable sofa were much appreciated, as was the surprise of discovering our room was serviced. There was a thoroughlystocked in-room tea tray, L'Occitane toiletries and a wide choice of breakfast options. Fresh milk and juice were freely available downstairs and there was a guest lounge too. The only slight downside was poor drainage in the shower, combined with hardware that seemed to give the options of either off, or full-on, resulting in some sloshing around and a speedy exit to avoid a flood!"
