Fully equipped: all linens, all kitchen needs, TV with cable and internet. All utilities, snow removal and yard care included. Full dry basement with laundry room, washer and dryer. Easy access to I-295 , I - 95 and Route 1. 15 minutes to downtown Portland. 10 minutes to downtown Freeport. Walking, hiking, beaches, marinas, Casco Bay Islands and lakes all nearby.

Cute little house!

Cute little house close to downtown Yarmouth. We didn't spend much time in the house as we were celebrating holidays with family who live nearby, but the house had everything we needed. If we had been cooking/eating there, the kitchen was well stocked. Nice updated shower and bathroom.
