"Really enjoyed the deck and view from this house, and the inside is very nicely appointed with cute and clean furnishings. However, some of the necessities weren't entirely functional. I'm tall (6') and I repeatedly hit my head on the track lighting down the middle of the kitchen ceiling. The lighting in the main bedroom (which is charged with a cable and you have to unscrew the lightbulbs to charge them, and they're turned on by remote) didn't really work very well. "We travel as a group of 8 ( 4 brothers and their wives ) for golfing every year and decided we wanted to stay in digby. We stayed at this property and it was perfect for us. There wss actually 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so everyone had their own space . The patio was large and plenty of chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed . We had a great time here."

"We stayed an extra night due to the car ferry cancelling our return trip back to Maine. I booked the extra night through hotels.com but could only get a room with a queen size bed. We were in a room with two double beds. We needed two beds due to my upcoming hip replacement surgery. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure we could stay in the room we were already in. Top notch service!!!"
