"We had a really nice relaxing break. In fact to point that i may book every few months to get a break. Could do with a few more staff in the bar, but the breakfast was excellent. Room a good size and very comfortable. The evening restaurant food was very good as well and service excellent. Check in was quick and simple. The hotel offered everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend so air con in rooms would have been good. But the air con in the bar and restaurant was perfect. "

"Super impressed with this hotel and our stay in general. Location is great - only a few moments walk from the westgate shopping centre, room was clean and the air con kept us cool all night. My husband mentioned in conversation that it was a birthday treat and within 30 mins we had prosecco, balloons, a handwritten card and a lovely gift delivered to our room, which was such a kind and thoughful gesture!
