"This property is quite small but reasonably good value. There were some maintenance issues that I reported to the managing agent at the end of the stay and they said they would attend to (leaking shower, towel rail falling off, fridge not working first day, one of the mattresses was really old and thin and very uncomfortable, the pillows were all really old, thin and saggy and hard to sleep on, the garden was overgrown with weeds). If these are all attended to, it would be closer to 5 star...

"Have recently stayed at a delightful, secluded and very cosy cottage at Bawley Ridge Farm.Cam and Bill are definitely “super- hosts” andCam, as well as decorating and making beautiful curtains, cooked us a delicious curry and a welcome basket of goodies while Bill had the stove and outdoor fire pit ready to light on our arrival. It was a delight to wander and make friends with the Llamas,goats, geese and peacocks but the cottage is fully fenced so safe for pets. Thank you Cam and Bill… we...

Very modern well appointed kitchen, looks like 3 brand new lavish modern design bathrooms. The location is central to everything, yet quiet and private. Beach right across the road. "Called oz realty. Lovely girls in the office brought towels to help with the leaking front door. Continual leaks meant we walked on sodden towels for three days. Or had to mop up puddles in the kitchen. Very LOUD plumbing and toilet had to be turned off at night because it was running constantly. This was a great little studio. Beautifully appointed and an amazing comfy bed. Shame that building/maintenance issues have been overlooked"
