"This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay."

"Lovely apartment and really smart and clean. Fully equipped and comfortable. The apartment is in the heart of the medieval town and within easy reach of all of he delights of St Valery sur Somme. We have stayed in the same block before and its really well located. We would love to return to this apartment and if available will stay here again. Des contacts en amonts avec le propriétaire qui nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour arriver.Un parking sécurisé à l’intérieur de la propriété composée d’un grand et joli parc intimiste aménagé avec de nombreux petits recoins.Un logement grand , très agréable, super bien équipé.Au frais dans le frigo nous attendait une bouteille de crémant, du coca, de l’eau,..Une machine à café avec des dosettes et du sucre.Des produits d’hygiène fabriqués...

La salle de bain est fonctionnelle, et le garage, bien qu’un peu éloigné (accès par couloir extérieur, jardin, et quelques marches), reste un vrai plus.Cependant, plusieurs éléments de l’annonce mériteraient d’être clarifiés.
