"If you wish refreshing breezes, stunning views and a feeling of home you need to stay here! Our villa was well-equipped, sizeable enough to accommodate 10 adults with a terrace, pool (unheated) and stone barbecue. Plenty of places to relax outdoors. Impeccably maintained by Mr. Andreas. We heard bees and birds, and watched lemons fall from the trees. Inside there is a large kitchen, plenty of seating too for meals although we preferred eating outside. Brothers Vassillis and Alexander are excellent communicators. Don't worry about anything. Alex met us at the ferry from Athens and was on the island 24/7 to help us with any questions. He was also great at making suggestions of places to visit or restaurants if we wanted some advice. He even found a cook at our request (a yaya) named Jayne (from Wales) who lives nearby and who cooked a stupendous island meal. We highly recommend hiring her for your stay just to experience a night of local island food. Cooking outdoors on the bbq was loads of fun too.The town of Batsi was only a 5-minute drive from the villa. It is not a tourist trap but a place to mingle with the locals. Excellent restaurants (try Branda and Rojia) both on the harbour front. Excellent jewelry shops too; a must-visit.We drove around the island visiting monasteries, local sites and taking in the glorious views. It is a peaceful retreat that we highly recommend.Efharisto Alex and Vassillis!"

"Beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful providing anything we requested. The only downside was that we were here early in the season so the pool and the restaurant were closed. Timing is everything. :)"

"A beautiful little hotel. We stayed for 2 nights, and we were so glad we chose Isida. Great location close to the port and also a few minute walk from the beach, with a good size car park. Room was lovely - clean, modern but still felt authentic. Bed was extremely comfortable, whilst the rooms were well sound-proofed. The hotel was very peaceful, we had a ground floor suite onto the pool, but we couldn’t hear anything at all with the doors closed! Pool was a good size - we were often the only ones around the pool. The breakfast was lovely, a menu with a good selection of options (eggs, yoghurt/nourish bowls, fruit, pancakes, etc), everything was cooked well, and the area was relaxing. All staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, especially Anastasia. Highly recommend, and will definitely return to this hotel if ever in Andros again."

"We received a warm welcome and all the staff were charming, helpful and efficient. Our suite with large balcony was perfect; amazing sea and sunset views, large comfortable bed, good bathroom and everything that you could wish for. The breakfasts were excellent, so many delightful offerings presented beautifully. We needed to leave at 9.0am so they kindly served us breakfast at 8.30 with a smile! The taxi to the port took about 17 minutes and cost 18 euro. The villa is in an elevated position so there are plenty of steps to the sea or take the road route which is slightly longer but easier. Lots of excellent bars and restaurants on the sea front serving delicious food at reasonable prices. I thoroughly recommend Villa Fiamegou."

"Large bathroom ,with good shower and lovely products. Lots of info from Anna ,recommending restaurants in the area. Complete kitchen,with utensils,plates etc. Great sitting on the veranda, any time of day and night,looking out across the bay. 5 minutes down a dirt track to a sandy beach. Although the pool cleaner was on for a while during the day, the pool was often covered in dead insects [Flies, Grasshoppers] A minor problem was that the night it rained, there was no-where to sit outside, under cover. [It was still warm]. I'm sure this doesn't happen very often in summer though! "
