"The location and staff for this hotel were very good. After touring the entire city it became clear that this hotel is in the best location. The staff was always very helpful. We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. "A true gem. We love it. The staff was amazing. Got upgraded to a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the city. Best view in town. Much better than many of the other views from restaurants and cafes. Staff very helpful and charming. Amazing sunrise views and beautiful tranquil evenings. I would come back any time. Made our Valparaiso all the more enjoyable and fun. Thank you 🙏 "
