"The room was simple but clean. The staff was excellent. Lynda was a big help with advice for Yellowstone. They also helped us with the pool which was out of order. They directed us to a sister property to use that pool. Worked out perfectly. "

"Need better room conditions "

"Parking was easy even though it was pretty full. The hot tub was very warm. The pool could've been a touch warmer but the kids still loved it and swam for over an hour. They had fun playing air hockey in the game room but their favorite was cooking the provided smores around the fire. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is a little older but well taken care of and clean for its age. "

"Sneaky floor up above us sink didn't drain barley hot water upstairs bathroom leaked and wet the carpet.spoke to staff and they were like oh well.Stayed in less expensive room in the last month that were 100% better for the expensive price."
