"We stayed here for an overnight trip to attend a wedding in Roy. Very easy check in, front staff welcoming and accommodating. Very spacious room, everything was clean and no surprises - it was the room we expected from our booking. The was a lovely hand written note on the bed welcoming us! Nice amenities in the room, and in the morning went to the lobby for free coffee. The property overall was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Easy checkout in the morning too. Great breakfast spot across the street at Mr Dougs Restaurant. Definitely recommend if you need to stay in Roy/Yelm. "

"My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tacoma was excellent overall. The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and the staff were professional and courteous. The only downside was the limited parking, especially challenging for larger vehicles like my pickup truck. Despite this, the quality of the stay outweighed the inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel and plan to return when visiting Tacoma."
