"Cannot fault the Halfway House Pub. Stayed here for 4 nights..Friendly welcome shown our room by Mike. All staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent spotless and uensuite was great. Breakfast was very good. Ate here twice in the evening and food was excellent. Great evening spent listening to the Sea Shanty choir. Dog friendly.. No car park but public car park £5 for 24 hours. "This was a lovely property to stay in, ideal walking distance for getting in to the town. Great hosts & a lovely breakfast. Whilst the hotel looks slightly dated, it was still a lovely, confortable stay"
