"We were very happy with the apartment we rented. It had every kitchen appliance we could possibly need, tv in two rooms and boardgames to use. The view was also amazing, though you should be aware that you need to be able to climb to the fourth floor in order to get to the apartment and the view. Nice bathrooms and beds and everything was very tidy and clean. Best suited for a family seeing as the downstairs bed is a doublebed and then there's two single beds on a second floor under the roof....

This was very distressing and concerning being a family with a small child. "Classic residence, huge spacious and comfortable. Fully self contained with all you need. Great location and amazing views over the outer harbour. Short walk along waterfront to bars and restaurants. Clean and well maintained. Upper floor, up stairs no elevator. Small bathroom. Exterior under renovation, but did not inconvenience us. Overall fully recommended, exceeded expectations, would suit family of 4, with space for more if needed. "

"The staff at the hotel were excellent, particularly the receptionist. There was an issue with the bathroom light, and she and her staff went the extra mile to sort it. Room 17 is not ideal for use as a double room. The walls painting had been started then left! There is a health and safety issue with a shelf protuberance at the foot of the bed, projecting from a mirror, which means that one has to be a contortionist to pass it. The hotel is not suitable for disabled or infirm clients because there are many stairs to ascend and descend. There are stairs in the dining room which must be climbed to reach the breakfast buffet, not easy to negotiate with a walking stick, balancing a tray with breakfast items on. However, the staff did offer help"
