"Staff are really friendly and willing to assist with bags. There is no elevator access but they use a very neat bag lift to bring the bags up to the floor, this lift can support standard suite cases.
Rooms are clean and have cooling, bathroom are wet room style with toilet paper needing to be disposed of using the provided bins
Overall the price and the friendly staff made this a very enjoyable experience."

10/10 Excellent
Customer support is excellent. We love the place. The only "dislike" is it's a little tricky to enter the address to grab, you need to state "ngõ 2 Hàm Long", otherwise if you use your location, it will state "so 2 Ham Long"
