The restaurant where the breakfast was served was very cold in the early morning. The twin beds were not the standard twin mattress and it seemed like it was for small children. We stayed there for three days and no one came for housekeeping. The shampoo and soap weren’t provided enough for 2 people. The staff barely knew english."

"I booked this hotel on Expedia where it is presented as an upscale hotel with a sauna and a free manager's reception. Upon arrival, I was informed that the sauna was under renovation, and there were not such thing as a free manager's reception. The hotel manager told me that they weren't responsible for what Expedia puts on the website. I appreciated the manager offering me a bit of a discount to appease me but overall this was frustrating, as I was looking forward to a sauna and a spa. Overall, although the hotel is clean and conveniently located, it does not live up to the "upscale" standard."

"We loved our wee apartment for 2 nights in Bolu. We had a room each & my teenager even loved the little racing car bed! Zafer was SUPER helpful with our transport to places. He & his staff were ALWAYS super friendly, helpful & accommodating. Zafer is very good google translate. Our apartment was just what we needed for a restful 2 days. The street is quiet but close to the main eating area, where everyone was friendly too. The only thing that could have been better was to have some plates & cutlery to use for takeaway foods. We would gladly here again."
