"The house and garden are very new and has some great facilities, and are very pretty. The area is great (close to the sea and to shops) and the neighbours were very friendly, and rarely noisy. On the downside... the actual location is still being developed, so there is no metalled road, and the view from the balcony is over the building sites next door (although to be fair, they weren't noisy), and there is a lot of mud.
