"Located close to train / bus station, what first seems to be located in an industrial zone but is actually very quiet and peaceful, the staff were very friendly and a nice calm area to sit down and relax in the cafe / library area. The place was very clean and well looked after and the rooms were spacious. If I had to pick one thing it would be the cleaning lady banging her duster on the metal railings at 0700 each morning, but overall I would highly recommend this place, I had a very pleasant stay"

"I LOVE HOTEL YAM! Best hotel I've stayed in Korea so far. We extended our trip by a day and wanted to extend it more but they were sold out. Overall, the location for this place is ideal. Close to shopping, restaurants, bus line and train station. It's lively at night too so felt totally safe walking around. The room is modern and super clean, cleanliness is of most importance to me. We got the lowest budget room and it felt very spacious and had big window. I do know other floor plans may not so recommend checking early! Bathroom was HUGE. I only plan to stay at Hotel Yam if I visit Andong again. Great hotel!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The owner was lovely and very helpful, organizing taxis to take us to see all the sights we wanted to see. He welcomed us on arrival and waved us off as we left. I highly recommend staying at this house for a true Korean experience. "
