Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. Amazing staff and beautiful location. Felt very welcome and safe. Recommendations for this location at the highest-ranking hotels I stayed in. My small quam would be to check for any dirty spots on the toilet area.

Right in the heart of the Seoul. Conveniently to metro lines. Coex Shopping center is beautiful. Especially the hotel is next to the City Airport, which has the airlines luggages check-in, immigration, and limousine bus lines to Incheon airport. It is absolutely recommended hotel to stay when visiting Seoul.

We spent four nights at the property in late Novemeber and early December of 2024 and was very happy with our stay. It's a clean, modern hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms, and the breakfast at the King's restaurant is outstanding. The location is good. It's a short walk from train stations and the Dongdaemon Design Plaza. I would definately stay at the property, again.

What a beautiful place! It has everything you'd hope for in a modern apartment. The lighting system is especially impressive once you figure out the controls—it really adds to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and always easy to reach whenever we needed help. I accidentally triggered the security alarm and needed a password to disable it. I messaged the host through KakaoTalk and received the password almost immediately—sorry about that! 😄 The complimentary limousine...

Conveniently located near a 24hr store, train station, and the Coex Mall/Library. I wish the gym was 24hrs, but other than that great amenities overall.
