Здравствуйте, читатели отзыва. 29.12.18 я с женой и ребенком приехал в гостиницу Россия. Бронь была с 29.12.18 по 04.01.19. отель заявил что с Hotels.com не работает, брони нашей не видит и вообще не выставлял номеров на сторону с 31.12 по 03.01. у них в это время новогодний пакет, который стоит вдвое дороже всей нашей брони. Русскоязычная служба поддержки клиентовhotels.com уже отдыхала. Американец в гостиницу не дозвонился.( на Рецепшн сказали что в брони не их номер телефона). В итоге торга с директором мы жили не в двухкомнатном двухэтажном номере за 498000 драм( около 70000 рублей) а в двухместном номере с раскладушкой за 760000 драм ( около 108000 рублей). Написал в службу поддержки, отослал чеки, жду решения.
