Nice location, great view over the city. Misunderstanding regarding airport pickup on arrival so we were swindled by local taxi driver. Our bed was broken when we checked in shortly after midnight but it was promptly fixed by a technician. We used the car service owned by the owner of the hotel for 3 whole days, 2 days with a great new car but the last day to Tibilisi we got an old car which had a flat tire half way through, but our great driver fixed it and we got to Tibilisi safely. Would stay at Radison Blu Yerevan again despite some issues.

Rooms are cold , air conditioners are not working.

The showers in the standard rooms are leaking heavily, it is impossible to take a shower, the bartender doesn’t know hospitality standards, the receptionist is very rude, the worse branch of Radisson Blu ever.

Great Hotel in Yerevan

I attended a conference held at the Radisson Blu in October, 2016. The hotel is newly renovated and has a terrific layout with the rooms surrounding a centralized atrium. The rooms are very large and well-appointed with a nice work area and a large LED TV. Spacious bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. Room rate included a buffet breakfast with a large selection of Armenian and western fare. Enjoyed the meats, cheeses and hot dishes; omelets made-to-order; fresh juices. Staff are very attentive and friendly, offered great recommendations for local restaurants and arranged local transportation for a reasonable price. There is a lounge on the lower level which made for a great place to meet and a roof-top restaurant with great views of Yerevan. The hotel is located on a hill overlooking downtown Yerevan, so you are somewhat removed from the city, however, an inexpensive taxi ride can quickly wisk you down to central Yerevan. There is a large park next to the hotel which is nice for walking or jogging and has spectacular views of Mt. Ararat.
